Responsible for developing and maintaining the Cyber Security relationship with RX Global, Corporate and GTech.
• The Business Information Security Officer (BISO) performs a critical role in the maintenance and implementation of security within RX Global. A senior role reporting directly to the CISO with a dotted line to the SRCO (Senior Risk and Compliance Officer).
• The BISO is a driver of the security culture and security improvement within the designated business line. Working cross-functionally, the role will require the ability to formulate clear recommendations, support governance strategies, and influence Business, Risk and Technology stakeholders at all levels. Leveraging competencies from the CISO key functional areas: Risk & Compliance Management, Security Culture and Security Operations
• The role is created to ensure Cyber Security’s alignment to, engagement with and guidance for SRCOs, to ensure that senior RX Global stakeholders have appropriate visibility as to their... information security risk posture, and to ensure appropriate challenge of our business lines when their risk appetites are breached.
• The BISO works closely with the CISO to help inform them of the needs and requirements of the designated business line to ensure the Cyber Strategy addresses their needs.
• As part of the SRCO leadership team, the BISO is accountable for holding to account operational areas, owners of risk and suppliers to deliver against the Cyber Strategy and requirements.
• Reports are provided by the BISO to enable RX Global business lines to meet their internal and statutory reporting requirements and assist the business in understanding its overall risk exposure.
