What You Will Do:
• Collect, calculate and update day to day absence employee
• Track and maintain contract, performance and training
• Distribute Information to employee
• Input and update data on hr app
• Collect, calculate, and update employee compensation & benefit, BPJS and PPH21/23
• Work closely with HR and Finance Team

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management... or a related field
• Work experience as an HR Generalist, HR Comben or similar role in startup company at least 1 year
• Familiarity with HRIS, Payroll, BPJS and HR Administration
• Application literacy (Google workspace, in particular)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experienced as an EO is a plus
• Strict and Flexible
