Are you a dynamic, guest focused Reception Manager looking to apply your vast customer service and team management skills to an exciting role at the beautiful Eliott Hotel in Gibraltar.

We are currently ranked Number 1 on TripAdvisor for hotels in Gibraltar. We take great pride in striving to be the best for our team members and guests and creating unique experiences that make guests want to come back again and again. With our Veranda Bar and tantalising menu, we are busy with non-staying guests as well as those choosing a luxury stay in Gibraltar.

We are looking for a Manager who can work with the team to develop excellence across all areas of guest service... employee engagement, systems, processes. It’s about continuous improvement to keep us at the top! You will report to the General Manager and Director of Operations and support in all areas of the hotel working alongside the rest of the management team. We need you to be the ultimate team player where we are all in it together!

You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front office management role, be an expert with Opera, and be ready for your next challenge. You will be bright, enthusiastic and forward thinking.
