Job Responsibilities
• Trains all environmental regulations, requirements, and guidelines including follows and adhering to all guidelines, regulations, and requirements
• Abides by all safety procedures and practices applicable to location and position; participates in appropriate safety training;
• Enforces plant safety policies; maintains safe work environment; ensures all safety regulations, laws, Company practices, etc. are followed; ensures permit compliance
• Performs other duties assigned by management that fall within the generally expected scope of this position
• Troubleshoots processes; proposes improvements; documents repairs and improvements.
• Plant Safety Coordinator (capable to conduct HAZOP, JOHAN, and Safe Work Permit)
• Coordinate with vendor/third party to conduct plant improvement
• Reviewing Process document (mass balance, P&ID, cause & effect diagram, alarm & set point list, 3D Model, etc.)
• Develop new Education document and report
• Coordinate will all... discipline about related document and construction execution
• Plan, organizes, leads, and controls of Commissioning, Start-up.
• Confirms work and entry permits for general, hazardous, and confined space working conditions.
• Supervises Operation staff; coaches develops, trains, and evaluates employees.
• Standardizes procedures; controls maintenance schedule; assigns work.
• Responds to operational needs; troubleshoots equipment and process problems.
• Assist Shift Operators in handling plant upset to minimize production loss and maintained product quality by guiding Boardman/Technicians proper steps and action to be taken.
• Perform Maintenance work for smooth process operation (Filter & STR Clearing, Lubrication of pump Grease and Oil, Line unplugging, etc.)
• TPM Activity (Total Productive Management); Autonomous Maintenance Coordinator / Administration Office Auditor / Focus Improvement
• Plant troubleshooting and optimization.
• Responsible for plant shut down and Start up activities.
• Verifies all shifts follow standard operating procedures
• Develop and manage energy and water and utilities usage optimization action plans.
• Submit a report of troubleshoot / optimization to management
• Join other projects related with plant operational such as conduct plant re-HAZOP, implementing the system for Process Safety Management application, Plant expansion, etc.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory
• role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization.
• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
• Knowledge of employee relationship-building and performance management techniques.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with other financial systems.
