JOB SUMMARY

RequirementsBachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Technical discipline.12 years of relevant working experience especially in a Drilling, Well Services... or and EPC company.Excellent command of English Language both written and spoken.Must be a certified member of NSE and COREN.Experience with SAP, MS Office suite including MS project.Excellent writing and reporting skills.Planning and organizing.How to ApplyInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV using the Position as the subject of the email.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Directs and manages the day-to-day activities of the organization’s operations, through subordinate managers and Supervisors.Implements company policies, procedures and initiatives. Evaluates and enhances current operational systems. Monitors performance against operational goals and develops reporting and auditing processes used to analyse operational effectiveness. Coordinates operations with other functions. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. Give input into developing the budget. Requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.Reports to Chief Operating Officer.Salary negotiable. Excellent benefits.To be based in PH.
