GeoBC is looking for an entry level Geospatial Analyst to join an award-winning team for a 1 year term position. GeoBC and the Decision Support Section has a diverse team that includes programmers, designers, analysts, and project managers. Our key focus is developing GIS solutions for resource stewardship, forest administration and natural resource management as well as First Nations treaty support. Education and Experience:

· Diploma or Degree in resource management, geography, remote sensing, geographic information systems (GIS), or a related field.

· GIS... work experience in a role predominantly responsible for GIS analysis, mapping and visualization using the ESRI ArcGIS product suite. (e.g. ArcMap, ArcPro, ArcGIS online).

NOTE: Work experience can include co-op or similar work terms that are predominantly GIS work but does not include courses or course work.

Salary range for this position; Salary Range $67,728.87 - $77,012.22 annually
