As a Consumer Sales Representative at DebtHammer, your mission is to... drive revenue for the company.
Your primary responsibility will be engaging with potential customers who are actively seeking loan relief. We use three modes of communication to reach our customers: phone, text, and email. Once engaged, reps use open-ended questions and active listening to understand the needs of the customer and position DebtHammer as the best solution. It will be your responsibility to ensure that our customers have an amazing experience with DebtHammer and are able to see us as the go-to solution for this industry.
Currently, 100% of our customers are inbound. Meaning they searched online, found one of our websites, and indicated that they are looking for payday loan relief
Experience for this role is necessary (we’re looking for at least 2-3 years of experience), however, the most meaningful qualifications are that you're determined and can learn quickly and have a flawless english (American) accent. This call will be 1 hour and talking about very personal topics so it is imperative you don't have an accent.

2+ years of experience doing phone sales in a call center-esque environment
You are adaptable to change
You are empathetic and have a disposition that puts people at ease
You are quick-witted on the phone when it comes to overcoming a customer’s objections
You are enthusiastic and passionate
You are data-driven when it comes to quotas and metrics
You have a dedicated workspace, equipment, and strong internet connection
You have basic knowledge of working with Excel or Google Sheets (or are willing to learn)
You have an english native level accent and fluency
