Responsibilities:

Retail Business -
• Partner with Customer Management team to formulate business strategies and using data insights to drive retail business
• Develop/enhance/maintain Control Tower, utilize Data Driven Operation Model (DDOM) to maximize value from data and drive strategies to deliver business outcomes
• Create visualizations and present... clear, concise, and actionable insights to key stakeholders, lead discussion on analytics and interpretation of results
• Develop data insights, segmentation and/or models to identify opportunities, plan strategies, drive customer interactions and increase customer value
• Review and improve overall business and campaign performance
• Support Business Analytics Initiative Treasures Squads -
• Be part of Wealth Management Customer Journey Squads 2&3 - I Act & I Monitor (AI Onshore & AI Offshore) to formulate business strategies and using data insights to drive Treasures AI client engagement, wallet share and improve client experience
• Utilizing Data Driven Operation Model (DDOM) to maximize value from data and drive business management. Drive cognitive and automated banking initiatives through development of control towers/alerts and Machine learning models.
• Create visualizations and present clear, concise, and actionable insights to the key stakeholders, lead discussions on analytics and interpretation of results
• Manage and support data execution which required for Squads 2&3, such as rollout Next Best Conversation (NBC) experiments in Client Connect etc.
• Own the development/enhancement/maintenance of reports for Squads2&3. Drive Automation and minimize manual reporting.
• Work closely with Data management team to enable seamless migration to new data platform. Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in SQL/Python/SAS Programming.
• At least 8 years of experience in data/business analytics.
• Self-driven with strong analytical, highly numerate, problem solving, communication (verbal and written), good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently around tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Experience in Business Intelligence tools, data mining and ability to manipulate and handle large dataset
• Degree in Banking/Finance, Business, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science or related disciplines
