An international pharmaceutical company is searching for an Accountant. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with business policy and statutory requirements in relation to payments. This position is based in Tokyo.

Responsibilities:
• Handle payments and invoices to vendors and employees' T&E claims
• Generate bank data and organise all documents
• Register vendors in the PS system
• Identify and investigate any discrepancies that arise
• Provide assistance in resolving payment-related inquiries and issues
• Comprehend expense accounts and cost centres

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable position
• 2-3 years of experience in basic accounting
• Practical experience as an account payable or accounting support specialist
• Ability to work with English language accounting systems
• Intermediate level MS Excel skills
• Business level written and reading English
