Responsibilities
:
• Promote products and solutions through channel partners by pursuing customer leads, promoting products, concluding orders, and serving as a point of contact during all phases of the sales cycle.
• Sales activities to meet targets and growth in orders, through customer and channel partners engagements.
• Provide forecast/demand input to Salesforce platform.
• Build relationships and understand customer business and target industries in order to provide appropriate products or solutions.
• Interact with key Business, Sales, and Marketing Leaders to ensure there is alignment between the business and sales needs.
• Foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer expectations to develop customer relationships.
• Define sales and growth execution strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives and opportunity pipeline generation to achieve AOP targets.
• Provide competitive intelligence and... market trends to develop HBS solutions breakthrough & growth initiatives.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
• Bachelors in Engineering preferred, major in HVAC, Mechanical or Electrical.
• Project selling track record, HVAC and ELV technical knowledge solutions, strong end-user & consultant network within the building solutions or Smart Buildings industry.
WE VALUE
• Knowledgeable in HVAC, CCTV or Cloud AI.
• Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment.
