Job Description

We are currently seeking a National Major Sales Account Manager to undertake the understanding of Fuji Xerox’s wide product and services, current competitive market, propose effective and efficient solutions to assigned listings in Klang valley and all regions. Your primary role will be focusing on Business IT Solutions managing large enterprise... accounts.

Responsibility:
• Identify business opportunities and manage the whole sales process cycle from initial contact to completion.
• A target-based position, creates demand, manages pipelines, accurately forecasts, and meets the bookings plan for services and solutions business in assigned accounts.
• Client consultations and product presentations
• Tracking and logging customer details in SalesForce encourages updated business information.
• Provide excellent after-sales services and continuous customer care to all allocated clients to maintain business relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• For team support and togetherness, keep line manager/team members informed.

Requirement:
• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree; Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in Business Studies/Administration/Management
• Min 3 to 5 years working experience in managing large enterprise accounts from Business process solutions and Outsourced Managed IT services.
• Strong sales presence and activities in designated territory/account to drive market penetration and long-term success.
• Strong digital business solution sales background.
• Understanding of the industry positioning and knowledge is most preferred.
• Product line: Manage print service, data management service, outsource scanning service, content management service.
• Reporting Tool: SalesForce
