Job Description:
• Preserving the company's rights before others.
• carries out work that requires dealing with government agencies such as agencies, districts, commercial records, chambers of commerce, police departments, real estate registration, utilities (electricity, water, and gas), and other government agencies.
• It investigates the employees' financial, administrative, and legal violations and makes the necessary recommendations per the Labor Law and working regulations.
• Initiate a lawsuit and implements judgments, as in labor cases and commercial fraud.
• Deal with social insurance.
• Proficiency in preparing petitions and warnings and attending court hearings.
