We are seeking a highly motivated and competent Operation Manager. The Operation Manager will report directly to the Senior Director of Care & Commerce and work directly with the Legal, Finance, Tech team and 3PL.

The Operation Manager will build the SOP of logistic control, payment control, customer service as world class 5 star and contract management for Care & Commerce. This position will be responsible for managing the smooth operation of Care & Commerce transactions following the SOP.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Work directly with the key management stakeholders to develop and align the SOP of Logistic/ Payment/ Customer Service and Contract management
• Continuously align and work together with the Finance team, the Partner Acquisition team, the Merchandize team to ensure payment terms with partners of Care & Commerce; with the Tech team to build the tracking dashboard of the 3PL lead time delivery performance, inventory management as well as to measure the NPS score of... Partners/Patients.
• Build and drive the customer service as 5 star world class standard
• Engage with the patient to understand their health journey, to be their companion in healthcare and encourage them to review 5 stars for the company and the partner service on Hellohealth platform.
• Ensure resources are in place at all times in order to deliver the plans and strategies. Hire, manage and retain key team members by leading and managing effectively.
• Provide development training & growth opportunities to team members and ensure at all times that skills of the team match the requirements of the strategy.

Who We Want
• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Management
• Operation background having experience into multiple functionalities including: Administration, Payment, Customer Service, Logistic
• Have built the SOP and team to operate the business
• Minimum 3-5+ years of operation leadership experience, experience in the healthcare industry or technology industry is a plus
• Ability to work cross functionally and lead a team to deliver a strategy through precise and consistent communication and execution
• Highly performance & data driven with experience utilizing data to make more informed decisions and manage team performance
• Ability to communicate clearly to internal and external stakeholders with proven ability to develop strategic partnerships with relevant parties that result in mutually beneficial outcomes
