Do you know how to engage with customers, and can you inspire them to live a healthier life? If so, we want YOU to join us as a Sales Consultant for our Brussels based Aspria Royal La Rasante club. You will get to know our international clients well, and you will use this... knowledge, together with a positive can-do attitude to attract new members.

Royal La Rasante is an exclusive family focused club with 100 years of sporting heritage. Four hectares of leafy gardens with seven tennis courts, two pools and state-of-the-art fitness and spa facilities. The 13,000m² Clubhouse offers social and work space, networking events, and activities for the whole family.

About the role

As a member of our Sales team, you will inspire and guide our potential members into our Clubs and make them discover the various facilities we have to offer. A space where they can live well. train, rest, work and connect in our convivial club areas and world class facilities. You will help them to understand the benefits that a membership can have on their wellbeing and their health.

Your responsibilities

You will perform a series of sales duties – from call prospection to contract negotiation – to maximize membership sales numbers and to achieve targets.

You are highly organized and follow up on all enquiries and the administrative part of new contracts

Requirements and skills
• You are passionate about sports, leading a healthy lifestyle and interested in working for an exclusive brand where Customer Service is central
• You take a genuine interest in people and take pleasure in consulting prospect members and inspire them to live healthier
• You are a self-starter with excellent organizational skills and can work to a deadline
• You are hungry for success and a natural closer
• You are an adaptable team player and willing to embrace change
• You have great verbal and written communication skills, and have a pleasant personal phone manner
• You have ideally at least 1-2 years of work experience in a similar position
• You are fluent in French, English - any other language spoken is an asset
• You will need to be flexible and occasionally work during the weekends
