Holiday Tram (a unit of SHAVIK Hospitality Services) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Travel Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of travel for our clients, including flight and accommodation bookings, transportation arrangements, and other travel-related tasks.

Key responsibilities:

> Coordinating flight and accommodation bookings for clients

> Arranging transportation, including rental cars and airport transfers

> Responding to client inquiries and addressing any issues that may arise

> Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients

> Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all travel arrangements

> Assisting with the development of travel itineraries and packages

Qualifications:

> Strong organizational and time-management skills

> Excellent attention to detail

> Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

... Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

> Experience in the travel industry is a plus

> Familiarity with travel booking systems is a plus
