Job Description:

Design of customized precision tooling for wirebonding machines

Evaluate customers requirements, assess them against machine capability and provide solutions for customers as part of pre-sales activities

Design tooling according to customers specifications and requirements

Perform 3D design simulation, FEA and cost analysis

Develop test methodologies to evaluate and select material used for our machines

Develop testing jigs and tools for material and design evaluation

Troubleshoot & resolve technical issues resulting from the designs in a timely manner

Develop installation guidelines, assembly drawings and work instructions

Performs other duties as assigned

Requirement:
• Minimum 3-5 years in related industry
• BSc Engineering - Mechanical/Automation or equivalent
• Able to read technical drawings and guidelines and communicate with customers
