The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all aspects of the company's digital marketing initiatives.

This includes but is not limited to website development, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns, as well as offline marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities:
• Performance manage and optimize Google, Yahoo and FB/IG ads
• Coordinate content generation and apply them on social media and website
• Manage digital PR initiatives e.g., customer reviews, forum seeding
• Manage some... offline marketing e.g., mailer to new homeowners, brochures etc.
• Come up and experiment with new initiatives to generate more customer leads and increase conversion

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, including both offline and online strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and experience with various digital marketing channels.
• Experience with website development, content management systems, and SEO/SEM
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and strategies to senior management and external vendors.
