Location: There is currently one permanent vacancy available to support older person services. This post will be co-located between St Colman’s Residential Care Centre, Rathdrum and Wicklow Community Unit, Wicklow Town, which incorporates the Integrated Care Programme for Older Persons (ICPOP). The primary location of this post will be at St Colman’s Residential Care Centre, Rathdrum with outreach arrangements required to support services located at Wicklow Community Unit, Wicklow Town incorporating the Integrated Care Programme for Older Persons (ICPOP). The post may also form part of a rotational arrangement with Wicklow Community Mental Health services where appropriate and through agreement with the Chief 1... Pharmacist. Successful candidates may be required to work across other service areas within CH East which may change with future service reform. A panel may be formed from this campaign from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration throughout Community Healthcare East may be filled.
