Our fund reporting area looks after nine super funds with more than $200b of Funds Under Management. Make a difference by ensuring timely and accurate financial control and APRA reporting requirements of the Insignia Financial super funds are delivered to management and regulators within agreed timeframes and conform to best practice and to assist the Senior Manager with these objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist Senior Manager with managing the APRA reporting obligation and regulatory delivery of the entities Assist with APRA communication to the Audit Committee and Boards to ensure it is complete, accurate and on-time including obtaining relevant stakeholder sign off Assist with the development and maintenance of APRA team policies to ensure strong control processes and annual review Assist with the APRA... reporting solutions and change management process of those solutions Co-Ordinator of form lodgement process for ad-hoc; quarterly and annual for all entities Assist with the overlay and review of APRA submissions Assist with critical analysis of controls processes supporting the regulatory process and identification of gaps and recommendation of solutions including project related work Proactive feedback and responsiveness on behalf of team to internal requests and project analysis relating to APRA Embedding high level of governance into team processes relating to APRA

To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:
Degree Qualified or high level of industry operational experience CA/CPA qualification or progression towards Intermediate skills in Microsoft office products Extensive experience in funds management / financial services industry desirable Extensive experience in planning, development of automation, simplification of processes and strong ability to support business strategy Extensive Investment expertise particularly in asset management industry, superannuation industry and different securities and financial products and how they support investor goals Outstanding stakeholder relationship management skills
