Our client is an Australian Investment Manager with over $1B AUM across high quality diversified asset classes. They are seeking a highly capable Distribution professional to lead and support capital raising across Wholesale and Retail clients.

This opportunity will suit a driven and capable individual with technical investments experience looking to broaden their experience and knowledge base across social, environmental, and impact investing. You will be responsible for managing a team of distribution professionals and driving the growth of our fund assets under management.

As Head of the Distribution function this role will see you partner closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic capital raising initiatives. Provide advice... support, and tailored solutions to clients. Foster close working relationships with the asset consultants. Attend client meetings, presentations, roadshows, industry events, and other engagements.

Candidates of interest are those with experience from a similar funds management distribution or financial markets sales role. Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of the full investments landscape, a technical acumen, and interest/passion for ethical investing is essential. Outstanding relationship management and communication skills are a must as is a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
