In this Role, youll get to Build strong relationships with designated hotels to grow bookings, revenues and gross profit in... assigned market Build and lead a team of Market Managers to optimize and manage successful accounts in achieving higher market share and revenue opportunities. Monitor team members performance and provide guidance from different perspective Handle hotels/guest houses inquires, resolve the issues with supporting team and Shanghai HQ. Commercial strategic planning, based on Trip.coms group big data, to maximize accommodation availability, pricing and content. Conduct quarterly commercial plans and strategies for the teams, ensuring the target is delivered timely Constant feedback to Shanghai HQ regarding to the market insights, competitor information, performance, system and product issues from hotel partners. Use out of box thinking to results unique challenges Design and conduct induction training and materials Ensure the team follow company policies and procedures Provide regular weekly/monthly tracking reports What you'll Need to Succeed Minimum 8 years of experience in reputable companies with proven track record Experience in hotel partner development and new acquisition preferred Possess a collaborative work style, with ability to navigate a complex and matrixed organizing to deliver the impact strong knowledge of the hospitality industry.
