Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced data analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team to develop and implement data-driven solutions to business problems.

If you have extensive experience in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, we want you to join our team!

What will you do?
• Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions
• Design, develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and other analytical tools to support business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop metrics and KPIs to monitor business performance
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and cost savings based on data analysis
• Communicate data insights and findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively
• Stay up-to-date on the latest data mining and statistical analysis techniques
• Lead data-related projects and initiatives and mentor other data analysts.
• Develop and maintain data quality and data management processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency

What you have?
• At least 8 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a complex business environment
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
• Strong understanding of data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques
• Experience with data analysis, data visualization, and statistical analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python
• Knowledge of database technologies, data warehousing, and ETL processes
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A strong foundation in statistical methods and data modeling
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in data management, including data cleaning, transformation, and validation

Bonus Points
• Experience working in a startup environment
• Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and analysis platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Apache Superset, or Looker
