Job Description:

454 Boutique, a leading luxury retail store in Colombo, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury fashion, excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of sales associates and oversee all sales operations in the store
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals
• Maintain and build relationships with our exclusive luxury retail brands and top-notch customer base
• Train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge and customer service best practices
• Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a luxury retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Sinhala and English
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Professional demeanor with the ability to represent the brand to high-end clientele
