You will be joining a leading education organisation based in Edinburgh who have a global reputation for innovation and research.

As part of a major digital transformation, they have invested in a number of major new systems including Finance and HR from Oracle Fusion.

Your new role

As the Business Systems Manager, you will lead a small team of Business Systems Analysts that provides ERP support and ensure continuous improvements with increased functionality and adoption.

Reporting to the Head of Applications, you will ensure the Support Analysts are able to meet organisational needs and help maximise the benefit of the new ERP systems.

What You'll Need To Succeed

Ideally you will a management or leadership experience in a similar business systems environment. While Oracle Fusion experience would be beneficial, it's not essential and as such applicants with experience of supporting across various business systems will be welcomed.

Strong communication skills... and the desire to deliver the best possible service within the organisation is key.
