Job Description Summary : The role of Production Support Engineer, within our Production Technology Team, will be focused on providing remote support of our production technology stack for our New York Studio. You will be working closely with two engineers based on-site in New York and reporting to the Head of Production Technology based in London. We are looking for someone passionate about all things tech and media production.

Responsibilities
• Provide remote technical support to our Havas Studio staff (makers and producers)
• Liaising with Havas IT desktop and infrastructure teams including managing incidents and escalations
• Purchasing, license management, and deployment of various production software including applications, plugins, and scripts
• Writing and maintaining documentation on various technical... systems and procedures in team wiki
• Assist onboarding new users to our tech stack
• Manage Jump Desktop farm (update and set up new users)
• Attend regular team meetings (tech and production)
• Help manage asset lifecycle including archiving and restoring assets to various technologies

Required Skills & Experience
• Extensive experience in supporting post-production teams
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team or individually
• In depth knowledge of MacOS (Big Sur and Monterey)
• Positive, “can-do” attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good working knowledge of: Adobe Creative Cloud, Avid Pro Tools, Cinema 4D, and common media plugins
• Basic understanding of networking concepts
