Job Title: Mine Engineer

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Mine Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of mining methods, equipment operation and maintenance, planning, scheduling, and safety regulations. As a Mine Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the mining process, from exploration and... development to production.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and plan mining operations, including excavations and underground workings
• Develop and implement safety procedures and best practices to ensure a safe working environment
• Optimize mine production by monitoring and analyzing operational data
• Provide technical guidance to mining personnel on best practices and mining processes
• Evaluate and recommend new mining equipment and technology upgrades
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective mining operations
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal mining regulations
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in mining operations, preferably in cement or aggregate mining
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining methods, equipment operation and maintenance, and safety regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
