Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs Sourcing potential candidates through online channels Plan interview and selection procedures including screening assessments and in-person interviews Lead employer branding initiatives Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department Create interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position Stay updated and well researched with talent acquisition trends Developing a strong recruitment marketing strategy based on company s talent needs Defining Company s employer branding strategy and key messages Creating compelling and creative content for company s social media blog and various recruitment platforms in close cooperation with Marketing Leading employee engagement initiatives to increase retention and advocacy among employees as well as running talent attraction campaigns Continuously measuring the effectiveness of our recruitment marketing... campaigns and updating them accordingly • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.• Fluent in English Language• 3-5 years proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.• Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing.• Quick thinker and problem-solving skills.• V.good copywriting and content creation skills
