Mark Spain Real Estate is seeking a Broker Consultant for our team that will aid us in launching our brokerage program for our company in several markets. Must hold an active broker license in all of these six states - GA, FL, NC, SC, TN, and TX

What you do and skills needed...
• Hold an active managing real estate broker's license in all states that MSRE operates in and be used in the representation of our company (GA, FL, NC, SC, TN, and TX)
• Ensure compliance with state real estate law
• Assist with contract writing and contract-related questions as needed
• Mediate consumer and agent needs as needed
• 5+ years of experience as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent
• Completing and reviewing compliance manuals and procedures
• Working with the administrative and/or operations staff to set up and license MSRE in assigned states. States may be added or removed depending on market conditions
• Completing or tracking firm application processes for state commissions, Realtor associations, and MLS systems
• Creating communications on new and changed advertising regulations and important MLS, federal and state regulations
• Tracking continuing education and licensing requirements for the MSRE team and conducting necessary compliance training and communications
• Supporting MLS and state commission compliance and relationships
• Supporting expansion into new markets and sales team success
• Reviewing and auditing sales contracts and other documents as required by state and federal law, MLS requirements and company policy with a focus on quality control and improvement
• Working with sales agents and managers on potential or recurring or active compliance issues
• Other duties as required by state law and company policy
• In the future, there is a desire to have licensed backup broker coverage in each state. Ideally, this will be an on-call system using Slack or chat so that agents always have managing broker coverage support, in addition to their sales manager
