Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Permanent Pediatric Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for providing excellent dental care to our young patients, ensuring their oral health is maintained at the highest level. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities
• Perform dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, and other preventive measures for pediatric patients
• Educate patients and their parents on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care
• Take and develop dental x-rays as needed
• Assist the dentist during procedures and treatments
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols
• Work collaboratively with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients

Qualifications
• Registered Dental Hygienist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric dentistry
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with children and their parents
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments
• Ability to take and develop dental x-rays
• Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records
• Commitment to continuing education and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in pediatric dentistry
