Job Purpose

Verification of lease agreements, ensuring correctness and record of income in SAP system, and raising debit notes and claims for expenses, reconciliation of receivables including intercompany and petty cash management.

Job Responsibilities
• Collection of payment from the Leasing department & verification of the same against the Lease contract.
• Depositing of collections & recording of it.
• Bounce cheque administration & following up with Leasing Department.
• Liaise with leasing department for legal issues affecting customer data
• Lease Agreement Analysis & Checking in SAP for the correct simulated entries.
• Following up of In house customers for receivables (Related Parties)
• Preparation of Customer Aging Reports
• Systematic follow up for Account Receivables with documented follow ups
• Bank Balance Monitoring
• Monitoring and follow up of pending items in Bank Reconciliation (4 accounts in 3 banks) & Online monitoring of Bank accounts
• Liaison with Customer including balance confirmation during audit.
• Preparation of reports required by Internal and External ( Auditor) affecting customer data
• Preparation of Debit Notes/ Credit Notes for utility bills for different buildings except maze tower
• Reconciliation of Tenants Accounts
• Discussions with superiors regarding issues affecting his tasks
• Physical verification and management of PDC on hand.
• Act as custodian of all PDC cheques and ensure timely deposit of the same
• Preparation of Unit wise Income Data & Analysis of it.
• Monitoring & maintaining Excel Data for MIS reporting (revenue, customer, cost related)
• Liaison with External & Internal Auditor (including preparation of requested reports, assistance during test of control & substantive testing)
• Preparation of Building wise Data (Income Analysis, Revenue & Cost Comparison)
• Specific report (fortnightly bank facilities report for Group finance)

Job Requirements

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience
• Minimum of 3 years of Post Qualification Experience preferably in Real Estate

Knowledge & Skills
• Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel
• Working experience in SAP or any other ERP system is highly regarded
• Preference will be given to candidates with UAE or GCC experience
