Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following Act as outsourced accountant for a professional firm for multiple SME clientsAnalyze and record financial transactionsPeriodic cash and inventory countCash sales bank account and credit card monitoring and reconciliationVerifying supplier invoices and monitoring of creditors balancesMonthly periodic reconciliations of account balances Prepare financial reports such as but not limited to em MIS reports financial statements budget reports sales profitability analysis costs expenses reports etc em Prepare file Value Added Tax returnsAssist in Accounting Policy and Procedure Manuals Updates Participate in recommending systems and forms enhancements The ideal candidate for the position shall possess the following:QualificationBachelor of Science in AccountancyMinimum of 2-3 years of relevant experienceAdvanced knowledge and use of office productivity tools and accounting software (MS Office, Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, Sage... etc.)Excellent grammar and communication skills (both verbal and written) to prepare reports and modules concisely, accurately written narratives as well as oral presentationsAbility to work independently, with an ability to prioritize tasks, manage ongoing multiple assignments and meet deadlinesAbility to travel to various client locationsMaintain confidentiality at all levels
