What you will do:

The Key Account Manager is responsible... for growth of sales and profitability through maintaining and expanding relationship with Key account customers.

The Key Account Manager will be the lead point of communication for all key account matters, anticipate the customer’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the customer are met, and help the client succeed.

The Key Account Manager will also bring in new business from existing customers or contacts and will develop new relationship with potential customers.

The Key Account Manager reports to the Bio-Process KAM Leader of Cytiva Korea (Global Life Sciences Solutions Korea Ltd.)
• Maximizing sales and profit from assigned key accounts through strategic account management
• Focusing on business visibility improvement through accurate and timely forecasting of order and sales
• Pursuing business opportunity expansion with customer intelligence and market insight
• Analyze purchase history, customer’s preference and buying behavior
• Identify customer’s organization and influence map
• Understand customer’s short- and long-term strategy and monitor customer’s pipeline evolution and business execution
• Developing a solid and trusting relationship between Key account customers and Cytiva
• Resolving Key account customer issues and complaints
• Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
• Managing communications between key account customers and Cytiva internal teams
• Strategic account planning to improve financial outcome
• Negotiating contracts with the key accounts and establishing a timeline of performance
• Working with various team members from other departments including modality, application, service, indirect sales channel, finance, logistics, marketing and etc. to ensure customer needs are met and Cytiva’s goal is achieved.
• Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
• Meeting all customer needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
• Analyzing key account customer data to provide customer relationship management
• Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients

Who you are:
• +3 years of experience in B2B business
• Technical expertise in BioProcess and Life science domain
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
• In-depth understanding of key account customers and their position in the industry
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with CRM software.
• Strong negotiation skills with ability of following-through on customer contracts
• Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
• Strong business and commercial acumen
• Driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:
• +3 years of direct sales or equivalent role in life sciences and bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
• Bachelor’s degree in life science related subject.
• SFDC experience
• Superior Excel skill
• Fluent English
