To ensure success, HR Assistant Manager should display remarkable conflict management and decision making skills with a solid understanding of employee relations and all HR functions including payroll and benefit management.
• Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries.
• Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activities
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resource or Related.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience handling all HR functions.
• Experience into the Higher Education Industry is definitely an added advantage.
