We are seeking a Director of Finance or an experienced Financial Controller to join one of Ireland's most iconic hotels.

The successful candidate will be able to provide financial and commercial support and proactively take full responsibility for the finance department. You will be tasked with overseeing the day-to-day accounting functions, integrating finance operations, forecasting and budgeting, preparing financial reports, and ensuring organizational financial stability.

Your strategic planning will aid the Hotel in maintaining positive revenue and financial growth, formulating sound financial strategies, implementing proper internal controls, achieving organizational targets, and developing financial plans that support organizational strategy.

A Hospitality background would be a clear advantage for this role.
