Job Description:

We are looking to hire a skilled System Administrator who has great experience with the overall functionality of office 365.

Daily & Weekly Responsibilities:

📌 Configuring and managing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and other Office 365 services

📌 Managing user accounts, including creating new accounts, assigning licenses, and resetting passwords

📌 Configuring and managing email and collaboration tools, such as Outlook and Teams

📌 Monitoring and maintaining the health and performance of the Office 365 environment

📌 Setting up and enforcing security and compliance measures, such as multi-factor authentication and data loss prevention policies

📌 Providing technical support to users, troubleshooting issues... and resolving problems

📌 Troubleshoot Desktop & laptop issues.

📌 Install and maintain equipment and software.

📌 Asset Management

📌 Perform remote systems troubleshooting.

📌 Maintain and upgrade equipment as needed.

📌 Work with existing vendors to evaluate new technology.

📌 Monitor the performance of a company's desktop infrastructure and provide suggestions to improve efficiency.

Skills & Qualification Required:

Must have knowledge and hands on experience in email migration.

📌 Certifications preferred in AZ104, MS900, MS100 & 101, AZ305 (any of them)

📌 The ability to utilize PowerShell to research and perform activities related to Exchange, One Drive and Teams administration.

📌 Deep understanding of Exchange Administration. How to add users to Distribution lists security groups other exchange related tasks like understanding of Mail flow, Mail trace among other Exchange administration task.

📌 Knowledge in Zoho Desk, Freshdesk (optional)
