Max Sport is looking for a motivated and experienced sales manager for Slovakia and the Czech Republic, who will manage and develop our company's business activities in the FMCG segment. The business manager is part of the team that manages the company. If you are familiar with FMCG, have a strategic mindset, can manage a sales team, is capable of launching new category, do not hesitate to apply and send your CV.

Start date 1.7.2023, respectively by agreement

Wage conditions:

3,500 EUR + bonus up to... 2,000 + company car - final salary depends on the candidate's experience

Job describtion:

• To build up, develop and implement company's strategy and goals in FMCG sales

• Lead the SR/CR sales team and ensure its successful functioning and development

• Arrange for new listings, launching a completely new category nation wide

• Identify new market opportunities

• Responsibility for the business results of the team

• Actively search for and acquire strategic customers

• Ensure effective communication with customers and partners of the company

• Create and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers and partners

• Prepare short-term plans and long-term strategic plans

• Manage sales and distribution processes in the FMCG segment

• Monitor sales and distribution results and regularly assess the success and effectiveness of these activities

• Reporting to the company management

Candidate requirements:

Successful experience in managing a sales team in FMCG

Language skills English language - Intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge:

Microsoft Word Advanced

Microsoft Excel - Advanced

Microsoft Outlook - Advanced

Driving licence B

Personal prerequisites and skills:

• Proven experience in managing the entire sales and distribution process in the FMCG segment

• Overview of the food segment

• High level of analytical and strategic skills and the ability to plan, evaluate and optimize business activities

• Very good presentation, communication, management and organizational skills Benefits:
