We are looking for an experienced communications professional with a background in planning and comms, to join a leading telecoms provider as their Communications Manager.

The Communications Manager will translate business objectives into actionable marketing communications strategies and plans, driving them forward through to delivery in a rapidly changing environment.

Day to day, this is what you can expect to be doing:
• Pro-actively owning the marketing campaigns planning cycle and process involving key stakeholders
• Owning and managing the macro marketing and comms plan for the Marketing Campaigns and Digital team
• Working closely with the Data Insight team and Marketing Campaigns and Digital team to plan, evaluate, optimise and prioritise marketing activity to deliver results against key objectives
• Working with marketing partners and Data and Insight team to provide consumer insights to the Campaigns team to inform multi-channel activity
• Pro-actively identifying... communications strategies that help to better deliver on objectives
• Leading on developing future strategy on how to best segment target markets to act on growth opportunities

About you:You will be an experienced marketing, communications and strategy leader, with excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills alongside the ability to put consumer insight at the heart of your comms. You’ll also bring the following with you:
• Ability to make complex themes and insights seem simple and relatable
• Proven experience using metrics and consumer insights to inform marketing plans and activity
• Experience working with marketing partners and agencies
• Excellent communication skills with energy, enthusiasm and passion for all things marketing communications, performance and planning

This role offers hybrid working, with occasional UK travel required.
