Due to the increasing number of projects that we are working on, we have an opportunity for a Candidate Consultant to join our team.

You will be responsible for:
• Managing bulk recruitment projects for specific Clients.
• Develop sourcing strategies to increase the flow of overseas Nurses to join our Clients in... Australia.
• Sourcing, interviewing and representing candidates to our client’s.
• Ensuring all requisite documentation is collected for each successful Registered Nurse to assist with their visa process & liaising with our migration team to ensure that they receive their sponsorship visa as smoothly and as quickly as possible.
• Liaising with our concierge team who will assist each successful candidate in their relocation to Australia.

Ideally you will have previous experience as a Nurse or have recruited within the healthcare sector.
