Role:

Reporting to the Digital Delivery & Governance Manager, you will be a support for risk management within the Digital Enablement function in Group Technology. This role will also support the daily administration duties required to run the section.

Responsibilities:
• Actively support Risk Management within the Digital Enablement function.
• Assist in the co-ordination of Digital Enablement responses to regulatory requirements, questionnaires and inspections.
• Work as part of a team to ensure all Digital Enablement risk activities, control environments, control gaps and remedial action plans are fully and proactively documented to a high and consistent standard.
• Track internal and external audit actions... and RMPs (Risk Mitigation Programmes) to ensure successful closure in line with commitments.

Requirements:
• Strong Risk Focus
• Ability to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality in respect of budgets, contracts etc.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate, written and verbal, complex information to audiences across functions with differing levels of knowledge and experience.
• Experience in building and managing relationships at all levels of an organisation

This is a permanent position based in Permanent TSB's Dublin/Cork Office.
