About The Opportunity
• Our top client currently has an opportunity available for an APM to support their latest ground-up commercial projects
• You will play a crucial role in managing the information flow between the general contractor, the owner, and other project stakeholders. It will also aid with the design phase and the approval process

Assistant Construction Project Manager Responsibilities
• Keeps a record of project RFI and submittals and follows each one through to completion
• Provides project stakeholders with regular RFI and submittal status updates
• Project planning
• Processing of modification orders and payment requests

Assistant Construction Project Manager Qualifications
• Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply, with internships preferable, and those with 1 to 5+ years of construction management experience
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in Microsoft Office
• Efficient coordination and communication abilities
