Job Summary: Looking for a Financial Consultant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) Job Key Details: Offer debt advisory services, treasury advice, funding advice as well as general market analysis to clients, and handle other activities in the corporate finance practice including complex re-financings, debt structuring and issuance, trade finance, structured finance, restructuring etc Guide troubled companies as well as debtors with turnaround planning, cash flow analysis as well as cash forecasting and preparation of corporate strategic plans Offer strategic insight and knowledge to shape the financial direction of client's business Handle a portfolio of clients and participate in the transaction from inception stage, coordinating debt advisory activity to closure Suggest corrective revenue and cost actions to increase profit opportunities Create relationships with new and existing clients to grow the business Initiate sales activities, prepare and present pitches to win new... clients Provide advice to clients on wider fundraising activities Assess and interpret investment as well as market research reports Create a financial restructuring plan along with financial projection for the future Develop financial models and carry out financial analysis to support the suggested transaction structure Give analytical and market research information as well as supporting analysis Assist in the preparation of transaction documentation including management presentations, business plans, project reports, feasibility reports etc Set up strong processes and local policies as well as procedures to comply with requirements Create or update operational policies, processes as well as procedures as necessary Undertake any other related tasks as may be required Job Qualifications and Experience Should hold a Degree in Accounting, Economics, Banking & Finance or any related course Must have professional accounting qualifications such as CA, ACCA, ACA or CFA or in the process of getting them The applicant must have several years of experience in this field preferably in direct lending fund, debt advisory or bank Must have good Ms Office suite knowledge including, PowerPoint, Word as well as Excel formulas and functions Strong knowledge of financial modeling techniques Must be able to execute complex deliverables on a time Good communication skills required Strong knowledge of financial statements, ratios as well as concepts Must be a strategic thinker with the ability to pay attention to details Application Procedure: All qualified candidates are encouraged to upload their recently updated CVs
