Role Title: Systems Analyst – Support

Pay Rate: $603/day + Super

Location: Ultimo/ WFH (Sydney NSW)

Responsibilities
• Responsible for providing analysis support and solution- focused Level 2 (first point of escalation) and 3 (problem resolution) support with respect to the various HR Systems Platforms and interfaces. The Functional Support Analyst –HR Recruitment Services will work across a range of activities such as analysis and documentation of business requirements, testing co-ordination and managing impact of change on business users.

Qualifications
• Develop focused analysis and reporting that will inform the strategic planning, highlighting areas for intervention where required.
• Interrogate requests for support and provide complex (Level 2 & 3 ) resolutions and remedies to all users of The HR Recruitment applications in order to ensure effective business functionality.
• Devise complex workaround solutions between... releases for any application issues or defects in order to ensure ongoing business delivery.
• Execution of work plans as defined by Reporting Line Manager aligned with Finance & HR Systems Portfolio priorities.
• Administer change requests for enhancement and defect resolution, conduct end-to-end and quality assurance testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in order to ensure full system functionality.
• Develop and maintain business requirements, rules, specifications, test documentation and process design documents with all requirements being clearly and specifically documented and traceable through the Development Life Cycle in order to maintain sound record keeping and meet relevant governance requirements.
• Oversee the ongoing health of the HR Recruitment by facilitating execution of Test Scripts for the various cycles of testing : Functional, Integration, Regression and PVT
