The company is Tech and Finance focused and as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will learn the ins and outs of what it takes to become a brilliant, high achieving recruiter. As recruitment is essentially a sales-based role, you'll partake in building client relationships and helpings candidates looking for new jobs and opportunities. Typically you'll be learning and putting into practise the following: Advertising available vacancies on LinkedIn and other job boards. Sorting through candidate applications and making formal decisions on next steps. Headhunting Candidates: Searching the job boards and the database, shortlisting suitable candidates, preparing candidates for interviews and providing them with appropriate training and feedback and negotiating terms... of employment including notice periods and job offers.

Building client relationships and networking. Researching/meeting potential clients and getting an understanding of their business and how they work and how the want to incorporate new employees.

The ideal candidate will be goal orientated and money hungry - it's more often about how you come across in your job interview - so stand out!
