Job Description :
• Conceptualize a compelling creative concept for motion graphics and short video commercial
• Work accordingly to design and concept brief for multiple client and brands
• Supporting in graphic design creation and ideation for digital marketing needs such as social media feeds and short reels
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and according to brand guidelines
• Participate in creative ideation and strategy
• Work with Creative Director, Art Directors, Copywriters and others creative team members to develop engaging and complex motion graphics for a diverse array of projects
• Create new, as well as repurpose visual content for digital marketing ad campaigns. Design and produce final motion graphics involving typography, photography, live video, etc
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, deadlines and agency design standards, quality control of all assets. Ensure compliance with publisher specifications of various media types including TV... commercials, socials and online videos.

Requirements :
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Art/Design/Creative/Multimedia/Communication or relative field
• Proven experience in Advertising agency, minimal 1 year
• Comprehension in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effect, Premier, and other design tools
• Experienced in creating motion graphics and videography
• Able to work independently and proactively in a team
• Creative minded and good eye for details
• Great passion for the creative field
• Deep understanding of graphic design, styles, layout techniques and animation
• Expert in animation and motion graphics, including 2D animation. 3D animation is a plus
• Expert in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite especially, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Premier is a must. Any other design tools knowledge will be a plus
• Extreme attention to visual detail
