Credit Risk Solutions (CRS) is at the core of TransUnion enterprise. It takes on the mission of supporting global commerce and consumer credit transactions by developing and... providing actionable data and insights, along with customer-centric tools with which organizations can most effectively discern credit risk and manage credit decisions for the broadest population possible. CRS is particularly focused on acquiring and developing core and alternative credit data and data products and enabling customers to make faster, better use of our data.

You will coordinate small-to-medium sized projects, ensuring that initiatives are completed in a timely manner and that customer and stakeholder expectations are met. You will manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand overall priorities, and set expectations through clear and frequent communication (both verbal and written).

The Team’s Focus

Income Solutions is a growing portfolio of solutions that enables customers to gauge a consumer’s ability to pay. This includes income estimators, instant access to payroll data directly from payroll providers for Income & Employment Verification, and income insight attributes derived from consumer permissioned banking data.

How You Will Contribute
• Serve as a key contributor and workstream lead for TransUnion’s Income Solutions portfolio
• Define how this solution plays a key role in identifying critical business issues that customers face inclusive of supporting feature prioritization
• Assist in developing content for internal and external client discussions around the value delivered by various income solutions
• Develop content to help educate the internal TransUnion sales teams in positioning the solution
• Compile insights on market trends and monitor competitive intelligence
• Serve as a liaison to our matrix partners across data acquisition, finance, product marketing, pricing, and lines of business
• Develop and monitor product performance of our current in market solutions and develop KPI reporting
• Support the creation of Ad hoc business cases

What You Will Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in a business related field and 6 to 9 years of experience in a professional setting
• Strong analytic and technical skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Tableau is a plus)
• Ability to distill tactical and operational priorities from high-level product strategy
• Refined business analysis and requirements documentation skills
• Willingness and ability to undertake self-directed, independent work in pursuit of team goals
• Experience preparing compelling presentations to facilitate internal and external stakeholder interactions
• Demonstrated communication skills and success in positioning complex integrated solutions
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with varying due dates and requirements
• Technical skills to extract data and perform business analyses on large population datasets
