Experience 3+ Years

• Should be an Advanced Certified Developer with a minimum of 3 years of development experience. Minimum of 3-year UiPath experience.

• Expertise building reusable code and componentizing work

• Should be able to work directly with the clients to capture requirements, get clarity on the work

• Should be able to handle complex RPA scripts and large modules

• Assist Lead Developer with issue tracking and resolution

• Assist in periodic review of the work being done by the Developers

• Learn, grow, and exchange ideas to help grow Developers within the team

• Will have following UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Advanced skills

o UiPath Studio – Activities and Properties

o UiPath Studio – Robotic Enterprise (RE) Framework

o Classic Selectors

o .NET Classes and Objects

o Advanced Functions

o Error Handling and Troubleshooting

o Advanced Orchestrator Functions

o UiPath REFramework

• Involved in end-to-end process development

•... Performing UiPath code reviews.

• Able to explain development best practices, perform code reviews to ensure standards are followed, and review work performed by developers

• Experience and understanding of best practices working with code repositories, managing branches, and enforcing best practices through code reviews

• Providing project support; i.e., Hypercare

• Providing maintenance and support

• Creating and reviewing project specifications

• Debugging and fixing production bugs

• Adding features to existing automation processes

• Experience working cross platform (UiPath + ML capabilities)

• Understanding of CI/CD best practices

Comfort sharing camera when speaking remotely with team members and giving updates

• Strong knowledge of UiPath ReFramework, SDLC, delivery methodology, and testing best practices

• Experience working cross platform (UiPath + ML capabilities)

• Experience and understanding of best practices working with code repositories, managing branches, and enforcing best practices through code reviews

• Ability to communicate with Business Analyst to understand business requirements, challenges, and needs to overcome blockers

• Ability to understand a business process from a workflow diagram and turn that into an automated solution

• Ability to lead testing demonstrations and answer questions regarding how the automation is built

• Ability to update processes based on client feedback.

• Ability to estimate amount of work and effort in completing an automation

• Ability to document the build for transition to support teams
