The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing campaigns with the aim of growing our customer base and increase brand awareness.

The role involves both in-person visits and digital communications with Bearer business partners and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Visiting and negotiating with our potential couriers (Bearers) and Business Customers in-person and via digital channels like email, social media, etc.

• Content creation for our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.

• Supporting the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing campaigns.

• Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Conducting market research and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is preferred.

• 1-2 years of experience in a Marketing field or similar role is desirable.

• Strong... communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools such as social media, email marketing, and Google Analytics
