Job Responsibilities

. To manage the finance team and oversees the entire group finance functions including the day-to-day functions, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.

. To manage and ensure day to day functions such as invoicing, reconciliation of revenues and expenses.

. To manage and ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial information for the entities and the group level, responsible for accounting, regulatory reporting, banking matters, tax and corporate secretarial functions.

. Experience in preparation of corporate tax and GST returns.

. To manage a team with portfolios of outsourced accounting work, taxation and corporate secretarial support services.

. Support the Finance Director and CEO Office.

. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

. Degree in Accountancy or Professional Qualification in Accounting.

. At least 5 years of relevant working experience in full set accounts and with supervisory role and group... consolidation.

. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Accounting softwares such as QuickBook and Xexo.

. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and be a team player.

. Good interpersonal and communication skills, committed, diligent, meticulous, resilient, self-motivated, have good initiative, possess problem solving and strong analytical skills.

. Able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines and have a strong sense of responsibility.
