Job Description

- Ability to develop and manage budgets and manpower plans.

- Managing meetings and presenting Information to a superior.

- Dealing with customer complaints and colleagues issues.

- Lead in all aspects of business planning and overseeing and managing all departments.

- A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability reach with impact strategies.

- Manage budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure.

- Setting and achieving sales and profit targets.

- Analysis sales target and devising marketing and revenue management strategies.

- Maintain services quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluation and investigating complaints. Initiates corrective action.

- Dealing with the general public, customers, employees, government officials with tact and courtesy.

Requirement

- Any graduated (MBA is more preferable)

- Age between 30 to 45

- Proven experiences as General Manager.

- Good interpersonal skill, analysis and English 4... skills.

- Good Leadership and management skills for deeply operations.
