• Completing Maintenance Job cards in line with tenant’s complaints & priority
• Keeping standard response time & other KPIs
• Maintaining quality & standards
• Snagging & de-snagging in new projects and newly taken over projects
• Controlling expenses-Material purchase & Outsourcing
• Interaction with OA members, MGD Managers & related depts for approvals
• Carrying out Preventive maintenance schedules
• Managing external contractors/suppliers, keeping M24’s interests
• Expanding scope of FM business
• Managing the respective technical crew for all above issues.
• Managing Annual Maintenance contracts for specialist systems/ equipment.
• Revenue generation through additional works for existing customers
• Consultation works for related parties
• Managing CAFM and generating reports
• l Monitoring utility bills reducing power consumption through possible ways

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,500.00 per month
